About the “Main Engineering” line of products
This line of cutting boards was designed to be very simple, easy to make, pleasing to the eye, but you won’t feel bad cutting on them. They are designed to be used regularly. The name “Main Engineering” seemed fitting. And, if you look close enough, the prominent center somewhat resembles a warp core, which resides in Main Engineering.
