About the “Galileo” line of products
This line of cutting boards was designed to be smaller than many of the other products we sell. In Star Trek: The Original Series one of the shuttle craft frequently used was named “Galileo”. Since shuttle craft are much smaller than the starships that carry them, the name seemed fitting.
